Karlsruhe, Germany — Steeped announces its launch to the public. It is its first version which comes with out-of-the-box brewing instructions that allow them to brew each tea to absolute perfection. Intelligent customizations allow you to choose your preferred intensity, which automatically adjusts the leaf amount and steeping time to your preference. Steeped offers detailed instructions for many different brewing methods like Western Style, Gongfu Brewing, Grandpa Style, Cold Brew, and Matcha Brewing.
Steeped's full set of features will be released in three big updates. Users on the beta track will get these features early and be able to contribute actively in our development process.
The Collaboration & Community Update will enable users to add tea and teaware for everyone to browse and see. It will let users save products to lists that they can share with fellow members in the community and publish reviews publicly. Users will be able to follow each other, enabling them to stay up to date with trends within their community.
The Discovery Update will let users discover new products with personalized recommendations. They will be able to learn more about tea with our knowledge articles which will explain a wide variety of tea specific knowledge. Furthermore our carefully curated stories written by our team will keep them up-to-date with new developments in the tea world and show inspiring recipes.
The Shopping Update will bring the marketplace to Steeped. Users will be able to buy from a wide variety of merchants from right within the app. They'll be able to support small and medium sized businesses, compare offers and prices with ease, and combine orders from multiple merchants into one single order.
